FLEXIBLE

CANCELLATIONS

(12-48Hrs Prior) We completely understand that life happens and we all need some flexibility when it comes to our time and schedules. We now offer flexible cancellations with a credit that is applied to your account. 

All reservations canceled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the services that were booked. The charge will then be applied as a credit to your account to be used within 45 days.  

The credit can be used for services only & will be forfeited if services are not received within the 45 days. Any services that exceed 3 hours are exempt from this policy (Please see creative custom color + specialties policy)

DAY OF CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments that are cancelled day of create gaps in our schedule with little time to attempt to fill the spots. This makes it challenging for our team to be as productive as possible and directly impacts our stylists financially. Due to the circumstantial nature of these cancellations our policy leaves protocol up to our management’s digression. Day of cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services missed, deposits for future bookings or a charge that is applied to your account as a credit.

No Call/No Shows are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services missed and/or will require a 100% deposit on future appointment to rebook.

RUNNING BEHIND?

If a client has not arrived on time for their scheduled appointment the stylist reserves the right to decide whether there is enough time to continue with the service(s) or if there is a need to reschedule for another day. Last minute cancellations due to tardiness may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the services missed.

Our team is expected to run on time as well! If your stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind you, reserve the right to request a $15 rebate on your visit as a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding.


RESERVATIONS & CONSULTATIONS

RESERVATIONS: Appointment reservations may require a card on file.

If the card on file is declined after an attempt to collect fees for cancellations or no show appointments, 100% of fees due and a deposit on future appointments will be required to rebook.

CONSULTATIONS: One on one consultations are completely complimentary and can be booked using our booking site. A card will be required at the time of booking & will only be charged ($25) in the event of a no-call no-show.

Our goal at Eclipx is to make everyone feel welcome in an atmosphere where you can express yourself freely & creatively without judgement.

Our culture comes naturally to those on our team but at times our energy isn’t always transferred to those visiting the salon.

Please know we have a zero tolerance policy for those who choose to make comments or participate in conversations that are blatantly disrespectful, unkind or judgmental.

Those who choose to disrupt our vibe or intentionally make others feel uncomfortable will be asked not to return to Eclipx.

CREATIVE CUSTOM COLORS & SPECIALTIES

Creative custom & specialty services may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Under 72 hours:

Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services missed, and a non-refundable deposit may be required on future appointment to rebook.
